Hi, I’m Georgie

I’m an accredited Forest Therapy Practitioner, trained with Lightbox, a registered CPD Group and Complimentary Medical Association. With a background as an Occupational Therapist and Mental Health Practitioner, I’ve supported children with Autism, ADHD, and their families.

Forest Therapy offers a gentle, restorative space for healing bodies, sensitive souls, neurodivergent minds, and anyone seeking rest, renewal, or relief from burnout. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, out of balance, or simply need a break from the daily grind, individuals, families, and teams alike can find a peaceful sanctuary in the forest to reconnect, heal, and find calm.

Through connecting with nature, I’ve found the solace many of us long for. I see regular practices of nature connection not just as tools for healing, but as meaningful ways to nurture yourself, restore balance, and sustain wellbeing. Now, I want to share this practice with you.
